Columbia Pacific Sales is a manufacturers’ representative agency focusing on sales of roadway, commercial, and industrial lighting products in Oregon and Southwest Washington. It is our mission to bring product expertise and exemplary service to our customers, representing only lines of proven highest quality products and service.
As the principal of Columbia Pacific Sales, Penni Howard brings over four decades of experience selling roadway, commercial and industrial lighting products. She is well-known throughout the Northwest as a leading expert in roadway lighting.
Dawn Doberenz, LC
Dawn has 35 years of lighting, project management and energy efficiency experience with electrical contractors, distributors and consulting companies in the Northwest. She earned her LC certification in 2010 from the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions (NCQLP), and is an accomplished trainer and speaker on a wide variety of energy efficient lighting technologies and applications.
Natalie has been with Columbia Pacific Sales since May of 2017 and spent the first few years supporting commercial accounts including quotations, order entry and customer service. Natalie has attended various lighting classes, including AGI lighting software training. She currently supports the Roadway portion of our business. Natalie’s education and personal character greatly complement the mission to serve our customers.
Jennifer Blake, LC
Jennifer has 27 years of lighting, energy efficiency and eLearning education experience. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Willamette University, is the Past President of the Oregon Section of the Illuminating Engineering Society, obtained her LC from the National Council on Qualifications for Lighting Professionals (NCQLP), and is a certified eLearning Educator from Oregon State University. Jennifer excels at AGi32 Lighting Calculation Software as well as being a seasoned presenter on lighting and control products. She is an experienced salesperson who is effective, knowledgeable and responsive to client needs.
Joe has been with Columbia Pacific Sales since 2018 as an Office Assistant, supporting the team in various capacities. Graduating in 2019 from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development, Joe has strong communication skills. He brings a desire to learn and apply his talents to our team, doing accounting, project management, and photographing our products.
Lindsay's career in lighting spans over 35 years. She started in agency Customer Service and progressed through Project Management, Lighting Quotations, Outside Sales, Regional Sales and Business Development. She has energy efficiency experience with Electrical Contractors, Distributors, Commercial and Industrial end users as well as CIG clients in the Northwest. She was an Award Winning Trade Ally with the Energy Trust of Oregon for several years.
Angeline has been in the lighting and energy efficiency industries for over two decades. She brings knowledge from distribution and from manufacturers’ representatives, gained from her project management experience on both sides. She has a true passion for developing great customer relationships, assisting them with a variety of requests, while expanding her own knowledge at every turn. Outside of work you can find her spending time with her family and hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She has called Oregon home for 25 years.
