Penni Howard
As the principal of Columbia Pacific Sales, Penni Howard brings over four decades of experience selling roadway, commercial and industrial lighting products. She is well-known throughout the Northwest as a leading expert in roadway lighting. She opened Columbia Pacific Sales in February of 2013 and has lead her team of lighting experts to great success over the past decade.
Dawn Doberenz, LC
Dawn Doberenz has more than 35 years of lighting sales, project management and energy efficiency experience with electrical contractors, distributors, and consulting companies in the Northwest. She has had her LC certification since 2010 and is an accomplished trainer and speaker on energy efficient lighting technologies and applications. Dawn teaches lighting classes for the building operator’s certification program. She developed and taught a 10-week online lighting course for Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon for the Energy Efficiency associate program. Dawn was with Columbia Pacific Sales from 2016 to 2023, and returned in 2024.
Natalie Howard
Natalie has been with Columbia Pacific Sales since May of 2017, spending the first few years supporting commercial accounts. She currently supports the Roadway portion of our business. Natalie has attended various lighting classes, including AGi lighting software training. Her education and personal character greatly complement the mission to serve our customers. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her dog, Gus, and participating in many kinds of outdoor activities.
Nancy Roth, LC
Nancy brings over four decades of experience in sales, project management, and energy efficiency in the commercial-industrial lighting business. She has worked with electrical distributors, contractors, utilities and end users in the Pacific Northwest helping them meet their needs. She earned her LC certification in 2013 from the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions (NCQLP), and is a member of the IES Portland Chapter.
Josh Smith
Josh's lighting career spans over 28 years. He started in Customer Service and progressed through Purchasing, Inside Sales and Lighting Quotations, Outside Sales to Regional Sales Manager for a Lighting fixture manufacturer. He has experience with Electrical Contractors and Distributors.Servicing Commercial and Industrial market segments across the country. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and two dogs!
Dave Barnett
Dave Barnett began his career after working for his father in Spokane at an electrical distributor. Eventually, the lighting industry challenged him more than circuit breakers and fuses. Dave started in the lighting business as a factory representative for a large lighting company. After a decade of that experience, the thought of being an independent agent became a reality. He then spent the next 30+ years working with conglomerates as well as independent manufacturers.
Dave enjoys walleye fishing and traveling to Mexico and Hawaii. He also cherishes the friendships he’s made over the years with lighting professionals.
Joe Howard
Joe has been with Columbia Pacific Sales since Fall of 2018 as an Office Assistant, supporting the team in various capacities. Graduating in 2019 from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development, Joe has strong communication skills. He brings a desire to learn and apply his talents to our Roadway team by doing accounting, project management, and photographing our products.
Michael Crockett
Michael is grateful to join the CPS team as the Quotes/Inside Salesperson. He has successfully performed sales and operations roles for over three decades, and has experience in performance specification, energy efficiency, and life cycle operating costs. He has managed projects for retail, commercial, hi-tech campus, schools, and government facilities. and looks forward to continuing to serve our customers.
When not working, he enjoys hiking with his wife and two dogs in the outdoors.
Angela Leber
Angela is excited to join Columbia Pacific Sales as the Customer Service/Quick Quotes and Accounts Services Coordinator. Angela has recently relocated from Arizona. She has been a high school and middle school music educator for the last 10 years. Angela has a bachelor’s degree in music education and is a skilled musician. Angela loves working with people and is unusually capable of understanding and resolving problems, service needs, and business applications.
